Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Recast.

14-day refund

If Recast doesn't work on your device, or you run into a problem we can't fix, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Please include the email you used at checkout and a short description of the problem.

After 14 days

Because Recast is a digital product you can use immediately, purchases are generally final after 14 days. If something unusual happened, reach out anyway and we'll do our best.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through our reseller and merchant of record to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, the license for that purchase ends.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
